Overstock taps new CMO

SALT LAKE CITY – Overstock has named Angela Hsu as the company’s new chief marketing officer.

In this role, she will oversee Overstock’s marketing efforts, including go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition and retention, customer insights, marketing communications, branding and marketing technologies.

Hsu has more than 25 years of experience in building successful digital, e-commerce, social media and traditional marketing strategies.  Prior to Overstock, Hsu held leadership roles at Lamps Plus, News Corp and Warner Bros.

Hsu holds an MBA in Finance from the Marshall School of Business at USC and a BS in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Irvine. She is fluent in English, Chinese and Taiwanese.
