HIGH POINT — WithIt has set the agenda for its annual conference, Empowering Leaders to SOAR, set for June 22-24 at the Westin Hotel in Alexandria, Va.
“SOAR is an acronym for the benefits offered by WithIt: Support; Opportunity, Advocacy, Relationships,” said Amy Van Dorp, executive director. “Our annual conferences are continually rated No. 1 by our attendees over other conferences they attend, and this one will be no exception.”

The conference kicks off with “Unmute Yourself: Elevating Your Confidence, Courage & Career” from keynote speaker, Rachel Druckenmiller.
Back by popular demand is global workforce expert and best-selling author Dr. Shirley Davis to speak about “Inclusive Leadership.” Every attendee will receive her new book, “Diversity, Equity & Inclusion for Dummies.”
The conference concludes with Dr. Carmen Landrau, a cardiologist and motivational speaker, who will present “Embrace Your Brilliance.”
