Composition Lights Look to Two Natural Materials for Their Beauty

The natural beauty of marble and the stark power of geometric shapes are on full display in Icelandic designer Theodora Alfredsdottir’s Composition Lights. Dreamed up for FÓLK Reykjavik, Composition is the first lighting by Alfredsdottir for the brand, a pure and simple narrative told through sharp structures and textures.

The Composition Table Light and Composition Wall Light are made using two natural materials: marble and aluminum. The marble components are upcycled from factory offcuts, and the aluminum is sourced from standard aluminum pipes – both helping decrease the environmental footprint of Composition. Available in black, white, and green marble, each light is crisp and modern.
