HIGH POINT, NC – The ISFD’s 4th annual INNOVATION + DESIGN reception and exhibition will take place Thursday, April 20th from 5-7 p.m. The “Meet the Designers” market reception will be held at The Art Gallery at Congdon Yards, 400 W. English Rd. in High Point. The exhibit and event are free to everyone attending the High Point Market.
The INNOVATION + DESIGN competition and exhibition is a juried furniture industry sponsored event intended for professional designer-makers and the next generation of serious woodworking students who are anticipating a career in the custom wood and related home furnishings industries. Professional and student finalists will receive a certificate of merit and will be entered into the designer-makers category of ISFD’s 2023 Pinnacle Awards. INNOVATION + DESIGN category winners will receive $250. Best of show winners will receive $1000 along with 5 hours of Congdon Yards Generator time.
The INNOVATION + DESIGN exhibit will be open April 21, 12 -5 p.m. and April 22 – 25, 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
